Topas Chin Chin was founded as a memorial to our beloved brother Tonna, nicknamed “Topapa” — hence the name “Topa's.” Our recipe was passed down two generations, and we use only the best ingredients to bring our art and craft to perfect little cookies that will get you hooked.
